The James Smith M5 Real Estate Investing Seminar was GREAT!

Last night the James Smith M5 Real Estate Investing Seminar went into overtime again as it did on Friday night.  They promise a lot and deliver even more.  The information packed week was truly overwhelming.  With each presenter I would leave the room thinking and saying “what a great  idea…this is what I want to do”.  Then after a 15 minute break we would hear from another expert in another field speciality and I would leave for lunch thinking “no, I changed my mind….I want to do that”.    There is so much to choose from and their approach is so cleaver.  They take thinking outside the box to a whole new level. 

Some of the things that I am considering investing in are, Mobile Home Parks, Billboards, Storage Units, Land Banking, and Assisted Living Facilities. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg of what we learned this week.   Everyone I spoke with was beyond pleased with this training.   Of course as we all know a confused mind does nothing.  It’s easy to get confused and overwhelmed and just do nothing.  But that’s not what I’m going to do. I’m going to do SOMETHING.  I’m going to do a lot of somethings.  I know I can’t do it all but I can get started.   Monday I’m going to “drop a pin” in a favored location   and begin contacting the mobile home parks and storage units in a three mile radius.

We left early this morning (5am shuttle to the airport) to be home in time for our Christmas Musical at chuch.  If anyone in the Louisville area wants to get even more in the Christmas spirit I encourage you to join us tonight at  Little Flock Ministry Center  5510 North Preston Highway, Shepherdsville KY  at 6pm for our musical production of “Gloria” complete with drama and special effects….and me singing alto.

Tuesday Night the Winner’s Circle Travel business opportunity meeting will be held in the private room at Starbucks on Shelbyville Road and Hurstbourne Lane.  The  business meeting is at 7:00 p.m.  Guests are welcome but it is important to attend even if you do not have a guest.  Stay plugged in!!  Since we are meeting at Starbucks there is no charge for attending.
