The Importance of Articles
We had a great Monday Meetup as usual. We want to welcome Steve and Maurice to our group and also say how much we missed some of our regulars. We know with Christmas season upon us there will be some days when we have to miss.
We want to say a mega THANK YOU as always to Mike Griffin. Mike is our “Obi One Kenobi”… he’s our only hope. No pressure Mike.
Here is a list of some of the info we discussed today about Articles.
Go to http://www.EzineArticles.com and set up an account. Write and submit an article . More than 250 words but less than 1000.
Use the bio box to complete your article so the readers will continure to the bio section to finish reading the article. Include your website url in this bio box. The bio box is the only place you Ezines will allow you to put a url.
Once your Ezine has been approved you need to bookmark it and upload a video pointing to the Ezine Article. You can set up an ezine account to automaticly post to twitter. Bookmark – or send these articles to Facebook, Twitter, Digg, etc.
On the video the URL of the ezine article should be the first thing in the description. (backlink)
Make some minor changes to your article and include the article in other blog sites such as:
Wordpress.com – blogger.com – blog.com – weebly.com – wetpaint.com – squidoo.com
The most important thing is to get your article out there.
