Happy Father’s Day
I hope all the fathers out there had a wonderful Father’s Day. I was blessed to have a wonderful Father who was always positive, always fun, always generous, always kind, aways happy.
He was the ultimate visionary entrepreneur who worked literally 7 days a week 365 days a year until he had a massive heart attack at the age of 46. Even as a workaholic dad we had a great family life and Mom made sure we knew that Dad loved us and was working to provide for us.
After Dad’s heart attack and open heart surgery he had to quit work and was on disability for the rest of his life. Dad lived fifteen more years after his open heart surgery and during those fifteen years I was with him almost every single day. Flavius and I lived next door and hardly a day went by that we did not spend time sitting in their kitchen or having coffee on the porch. We had so much fun. Even going on vacations with them. I really miss my Dad!!
I have also been blessed to have a husband that is an awesome father even if I do say so myself. I’m sure Brandon would agree. Flavius and Brandon have a great time together tinkering on things in the shop. And carrying on the same tradition we go on vacations together and on weekends we go out to eat together. I love spending time with them.
And I could not leave out how proud I am of the Father that our son Brandon has become. He is so patient with his boys as he teaches them to swim, or ride their bike, or take a fish of the hook. He is so good with them and they are learning even now from him how to be a good fathers someday.
But most of all I am thankful for my Heavenly Father he has blessed me so abundantly with such a wonderful life. A life full of wonderful people. That is the most important thing. I blog most of the time about how to make money on the Internet but the goal is always for that money to allow me more time to spend doing what is most important. Building relationships!!
Happy Father’s Day
