A Good Time Was Had By All!
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas celebration, I know we did. Our family gathered at our house on Christmas morning at 10am for a massive Christmas breakfast and then hours of fun opening gifts, laughing, eating and just having fun. Five rooms where set up for eating. We had a house full from age 3 to 62. I think the grand total was 28 people. A slightly smaller crowd than we have at Thanksgiving. The celebration continues as we will travel to Tennessee to have fun at the home of Flavius’ family with his parents, his brother and sisters and their families. I guess the diet will have to wait a few days longer.
As much as I love Thanksgiving and Christmas I also really look forward to New Years. I love setting goals, making resolutions and plans for the up coming year. I will be going into some detail here about all that in the coming days. I love making the list but it’s even more fun scratching things off that have been completed. I also love the time of reflection of those thinks that have been accomplished and things to be thankful for from the prior year.
Just as a heads up I have no scheduled meetings for the up coming week. MailChimp the newsletter company that I use is having some technical issues, so I cannot send out the newsletter tonight. Hopefully it will be resolved by next Sunday when I will send out the meeting schedule. In any case I will post all the details here.
